Our room was good-sized, included central heating and a seating area. The location was particularly good and the free parking was nearby.

big size room with exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows. savoury and tasty breakfast with variety of delicacies and nice stuff. nice building, favourable location very close to bus station to salzburg, berchtesgaden, and the old town and the bus/taxi/railway station.

The location was great with a supermarket and shopping malls nearby. It was convenient to be just a 5-minute walk away from the bus station. - the staff were friendly. - I appreciated the central heating and the seating area in the room.

The breakfast here was delicious and had a wide variety of items, and the location is fantastic, being right next to a shopping center and the bus station for Salzburg.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the main bus station, Hbf, grocery stores, and a specific bus line that goes up there. the staff is really helpful and available all the time. the dining room offers a wide array of meals for breakfast.

I can't say enough about the value for money at this cozy Bavarian home. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view of the river from the balcony. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby for trips to Salzburg and other attractions. The staff, especially Annelise, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

This place was lovely, we truly enjoyed the mountain view from our room, the location was good with easy access to a restaurant and the river, as well as being close to the main bus station.

The continental breakfast was sufficient, but at least it saved me from having to find a decent restaurant. The shared lounge was a great place to meet other guests and complain about the lack of toilet and bathroom in the room.

Who needs a private toilet and bathroom anyway? It's so much more fun to share with strangers.

I keep coming back. No regrets. Wonderful staff offered hot drink at first stay. Perfect for me: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, leisure room, ski storage. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

We stayed at Landhaus Freund for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Lake Konigssee. The breakfast provided was delicious and filling, and our room was quiet and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were clean and not a problem at all. The fridge in the hallway with a price list for drinks was a thoughtful addition. Additionally, there was a supermarket conveniently located across the road. Frau Annalise, the host, was welcoming and friendly, and the town itself was amazing. We highly recommend this B&B and would definitely return.

The room had a balcony! It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. The bathrobe provided a touch of luxury. I loved the cozy feeling of this room, it made me feel at home.

Personally, I found the view from the room a bit disappointing. But hey, it's just my opinion!

We had a fabulous stay at Landhaus Freund Bed & Breakfast. the accommodation was spotlessly clean and well presented. the host went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a 5-star experience. the little extra details, such as bathrobes and a choice of breakfast, made it extra special. the large double bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of reading lamps and wardrobe space. the shared shower room and toilet were so clean that it felt private. the beds were made every day, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. The best place to stay in Berchtesgaden! Friendly staff found my forgotten hairbrush. Has Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, TV room, ski storage, skiing. No pets, no smoking. Perfect for a romantic escape. I keep coming back and have no regrets.
